Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty was born on the 1st of October, 1995, in Berkeley, California, USA. She is most famous as an actress who has appeared in Choices (2011), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004) as well as Chrissie Mair's Content House.

Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a film-maker and actor family. Both professions she pursued her own. In 1985 she debuted in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni e bisogni. She had a leading role as Cristina Comencini in her first film Zoo in the year 1988. Michele Soavi directed The Church 1989. In 1993, she played a part in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di Via where she portrayed Arianna a physically handicapped girl. This was an intricate and difficult role that won she an award from David di Donatello award for the best actress . Patrice Chereau helmed Queen Margot in which she also played an important role. In 1995, Asia collaborated with Michel Piccoli to produce Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion, for which she won a David di Donatello. Asia was the first director she met in 1994 by directing two short films. Prospettive. In 1996, Asia directed a documentary about her father. The year 1998 saw Asia produced Abel/Asia (2000), an award-winning film that focused on Abel Ferrara. In 1999 Asia was the first to direct a feature film with Scarlet Diva (2000), where she played the lead actress as well as the writer of the screenplay. In May 2000, the film premiered in Italy and around the globe. It was awarded a trophy at the Williamsburg International Film Festival in Brooklyn. Anna Lou was born in 2001, after having directed a few music videos. In 2002 Asia appeared as a character in The Red Siren with Jean Marc Barr, and Rob Cohen's Action thriller, which was directed by Vin Diesel. Asia is also the author of several short stories published in many famous magazines.
